I legitimately think that while people like Grant Morrison and Frank Miller have elevated comics to an insanely high level, and others like Mark Millar and Brian Michael Bendis have done great things for mainstream comics, Alan Moore has a singular talent that really does make him the greatest comic writer of all-time. The man is just on a level all his own and everyone else is just trying for second place.
