I guess its inevitable that this would turn into an East/West debate...

The truth is that neither was really the best pure MC of their time. However, what they both had was charisma and the ability to bridge the gap between the streets and the industry. In a weird way dying while their music was still relevant helped to preserve both men’s legends. Although the fact that Suge and Pac's greedy ass mom keep releasing his material is hurting his legacy IMO.

The person who stated that Ready to Die was superior to any Pac album needs to re-check Me Against the World. Easily one of the best hip-hop albums of all time.
