It's like every time zone having the same time but an hour later than the previous time zone, except when the US has DST which kinda messes up the analogy. Or like having newspapers, or internet news site repeating the same story from AP, or Reuters. Does that stop you from reading a news article knowing it is carried in various papers throughout the world?

I guess there has to a resolve to talk to, not talk down to people when having a discussion. A lot of times it's not a discussion where there is a back and forth exchange, but a monologue of opinions.
