They can write a memorable song out of things that individually would barely be considered music. I feel like A Moon Shaped Pool is a return to that.

My first exposure was hearing Karma Police on a NOW cd. I really got into them around the Kid A era (I bought every album then).
It's definitely growing on me, but the hypnotic, growing complexity of their older stuff just isn't there. There's something addictive about listening to a track that is extremely lush and dense that I can't get over.
My favorite tracks are probably Decks Dark, Daydreaming and Identikit (though I really miss the synth from the live version of this track).
But really, I'm just nitpicking because I love the band so much. The new album is excellent.
