If you've heard of
Antony & the Johnson's, the person singing is Antony. Goes by Anohni now. Beautiful voice. She's opted for electronic instrumentals instead of a traditional band structure that she's done her whole career. The whole record is basically one long protest song about the Obama administration and being blown up from drone warfare. Just listen to it, and her prior music with the Johnson's.
