I've actually voted republican in the past. I always go for the lesser of all evils. I voted Bush Sr. in 1988 over Dukakis. I saw first hand how he had ****ed up Massachusetts so there was no way I wanted him running the country.
I'm pretty conservative in many ways but just can't tolerate anyone who's against abortion, tries to shove the bible down my throat, is in bed with the gun lobby and NRA, and speaks out against homosexuality. Trumps misogyny turns me off as well as him feeding the frenzy of his hateful Wonder Bread White base. Cruz is just plain insane. Sanders has some great ideas but would get completely stonewalled by Congress every step of the way.
That's why I'm voting Clinton this time around. I think out of all of the candidates she stands the best chance of actually being somewhat effective.
