Change.org is petitioning for the arrest & prosecution of Bill Clinton for his violation of Illinois election laws today. Change states:

What occurred on Tuesday March 15 in Illinois is a repeat offense of violating election laws. Bill Clinton not only campaigned illegally in Massachusetts and did not face penalty, he again campaigned in Illinois polling locations which is against Illinois law.
