Ahh...cognitive therapy!

I don't know, maybe it's good to keep that song stuck in your head if it's helping you get out there to jog.

Come on, sidewinder, you can "be the hero you're dreaming of." Now EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE!

The song that is stuck in my mind, and I'm enjoying it, is...

Neneh Cherry - Buffalo Girls (1988)

I heard a fragment of this song on a commercial last night while I joined Bachelor Nation in watching the finale of The Bachelor, which is like bubble bath for the brain.

That shred of the song made me say to myself, "Self, that is one darn catchy tune!" I looked it up online to listen to the whole song again...and again...and again.

Now it is stuck in my mind. "No moneyman can win my love. It's sweetness that I'm thinking of" is very catchy. The beat and rap lyrics are also infectiously dance-worthy. The song is half annoying, half clever, but all fun.
