I'm going to guess B as more expensive, based on my preconceptions about the snootiness of the art world:-
Exhibit A:
This has a vertical line down the middle that makes it look like it folds out. If it is really made of folded paper, it scores badly because origami is a handcraft, rather than High Art. If it's not folded paper, it's a trompe l'oeil instead of being purely abstract and would score badly for that reason too.
Exhibit B:
An ambiguous, abstract image which has some texture and detail without being fussy. It's the kind of thing executives choose to decorate their offices, so I'm voting for that.
