Yes it is. I especially love the intro to the opening track. Never has grind sounded so beautiful. I don't know how a song can be so soft and yet so intense at the same time, but "Constant Autumn" pulls it off like the idea should have been obvious from the start.
I think I'm gonna go add it to the Wild Card battle for the Metal Survivor thread. I took it off since I already had a Discordance Axis album on the grind list (if you haven't checked that band, then do so, as they are sort of the prologue to Gridlink), and I think this is one of those cases where a wrong was committed.
