Im not gonna front, idk much about politics Fred. Maybe this kinda system wouldn't work in every state but it's not an impossible feat. ive only seen one democratic debate but in it Bernie went on and on about taxing more the upper 1 percent so im guessing the burden of paying a college education tax wouldn't fall solely on lower and middle class citizens.
