Based on my experiences, RYM is really accuarate when it comes to genre voting.
For the most part, but those guys are *******s. They reported my drum n bass tag for Blackstar. The DnB on that album is undeniable, I mean really. A few other obvious primary/secondary genres are downvoted for no reason, like Flatliners' Destroy to Create having hardcore leanings or even I Was Afraid with shoegaze.
