Lily Allen has announced her next album will take her in a "new direction," and she has her sights set firmly on grime. The "LDN" singer has apparently been riding the grime wave for a while now, and is keen to collaborate with some MCs for her upcoming project. According to The Mirror, Allen attended the recent RATED Awards in London. A source told the paper that "she was telling people she wants her album to have a grime vibe and is really excited for everyone to hear it. She's confident people are going to be surprised and that it will silence her critics."
