Sorry I haven't been on lately, some of you may know I'm still on holiday in Sydney at the moment, and having a killer time.
The music scene is quite different here, obviously you get the more international acclaimed productions, but there are also a lot of good local bands which are definately worth looking into. This might sound quite cheezy, but there's a fair bit of alternative music here which comprises local aboriginal influences and some of them are actually quite funky.
I've seen 3 local bands live since I've been here and they all have their own stlye, and January in Sydney is a great time coz there's a lot of festivals going on, so hopefully I'll be able to check out some more bands and maybe recommend a few to other music lovers.
Anyways, hope you are all well and having fun, I'll check in from time to time and hope to catch up with you guys again soon.
