I gave birth to a breech baby with zero painkillers/epidural/etc... baby came out butt-first after two (very painful) pushes
Afterward the hospital staff told me that they don't even train for breech births anymore (except for c-sections of course) and that I was the first person to do it at that hospital in the last sixteen years...
The next day they sent me home and refused to give me painkillers...
