Sorry for the tiny picture; it's a band called Freiheit (also known as Munchener Freiheit) and an album called
Fantasy.
As for Torture Level, that's set out in the OP on the basis of how much you hated the album, if you did. It's not terribly important; it just means that, even if you struggled to the end of the album (as everyone has so far) you can indicate how hard a struggle it was for you by assigning a higher TL, or how little it upset you by giving it a lower one.
