Also, I don't know when you write these reviews, but you shouldn't listen to Dopesmoker with the speakers on your '98 Macintosh G3. As Batty said a while ago, doom metal and its related genres have to be listened to very loudly.

Well there is a problem as you probably know. I can't play music too loud, as my sis sleeps during the day. I can't use headphones for the same reason (in case she wakes up and needs me, and as a case in point in case anyone thinks that's being overprotective, she almost choked this evening. Luckily I could help her through it, so that's the sort of thing I need to be constantly on the alert for, even when I go to bed!) so I'm restricted. I do however use a Harman/Kardon amp with two decent Sanyo speakers, but as I say I can't blast the music, so yeah, maybe I don't get the full effect (that was kind of evident when I listened to Diamanda Galas yesterday) but it's the best I can do.
Also, I have neighbours, and they're very nice. She's uber-hot, so I wouldn't want to upset her.
