Walking/hiking and not eating copious amounts of fast food and sh*t food in general. I'm surprised by how much I lost without really exercising THAT much. Maybe my metabolism stabilized after I stopped eating Burger King five times a week and started to actually work again. Either way, I started at 225 and now I'm at 195. Can't complain about that.
