Didn't god supposedly model mankind after himself? If that's true, judging by the way humans are, I'd say god being a halfwit wouldn't be that hard to believe. And besides, he created humanity and gave us an appreciation for music, but then he gave us you. At the very least, he's got a sense of humor.
