If you're still looking for and interested in Atmospheric Black Metal recommendations, here are some for you to look into for Metal Month III. (I also find it difficult to distinguish exactly where to draw the line between normal Black Metal and Atmospheric, but I'll try my best, and I'm fine with anyone chiming in on my selections for a second opinion if they feel the choices aren't suitable.)

Im Abendrot -- (This should fit the bill, though it has a pretty large bit of Folk influence, some decent level of Folk influence is pretty common in a lot of Atmospheric Black Metal and other BM by my account.)
