Good consistency, but the high fructose corn syrup would surely dull the razor blade (to say nothing of the sugar feeding any Candida Albicans parasites that are on your skin...eww!!)
I like the kefir idea, perhaps whipped in a blender with flax seeds for consistency AND the added benefit of exfoliation and skin-softening fatty acids...
