Anyone who can help me identify this song that has been in my head for 14 years since I heard it on vinyl. It sounds like old school Chicago house-ish and has a simple synth line with a female vocal. Seems like she says "turn you heart (boy)" then every four bars it has a breakdown with drum fills and vocals that sound like "groove isn't movin at allll" then starts over again with the main melody line. I wish I could communicate the sounds because I hear it in my head perfectly.. Please throw out any possibilities! I promise you if you can ID this song for me I will be forever in your debt!!
