Basically, I wanted to redeem myself from the last run that I did, and man oh man did I pretty much own the game like it was nothing. Everything was on my side when it came to deals with the devil, to certain items in the treasure room and all that. I took some screenshots to give you an idea of what kind of run I had. All in all, a fantastic run and one to remember for sure:

Definitely a good way to end the week with a fantastic Isaac run overall. Really hoping for this kind of luck in the future.
