I did. Rule 8
8. Each member who recs an album must wait until four more members have recd before submitting another. This is to stop certain members monopolising the selection.
As for your recs, I will spread them out over the list, but they will have to conform to the current rules structure. As I said in the OP, some people were hitting me with two/three recs a day, and it wasn't fair to others who were not getting their chance, which is why I changed it from a FCFS model to this.
