^^^first off, you would have to be a retard to not think that Illmatic changed the game more then PE. We are talking about how it affected the music in later years, not Popular Culture...and second off, the title of the thread is "The Best Hip Hop Albums", not "What albums Changed Hip Hop The Most" if you want to discuss that, make another thread.
