Not true. At all. The reason is that the bosses of the politicians are the politicians. I'm not wasting my vote on an ideal.

The system was set up all wrong hundreds of years ago but it ain't changing, since it would take the House and Senate voting against their own better interests to do it. That just plain isn't going to happen.
