Dad rock comes in many forms: Steve Wilson, Devon Townsend (mostly), 12 minute U2 live videos, Marillion, etc. There's good dad rock like The Who and Zeppelin and that ****, but largely it's rock that has no value besides nostalgia or ripping off nostalgic acts.

I kind of figured as far as this thread goes, but you seemed rather upset that I was playing music you probably wouldn't hear on the radio yesterday though. I just wanted to fill you in on the mute option.
