i don't think they necessarily think laws are infallible. more that the constitution is the supreme law of the land, and going against it should require a constitutional amendment. which is sort of a correct understanding of how this country was set up to work, i think.
but yea i honestly think the founding fathers were probably pretty smart for their time
but that time was like 300 years ago, man. they need a better update structure.
we should just get rid of the constitution and supreme court and turn all power over to google, imo.
