Well obviously writing something for each of 1000 bands will take forever. HOWEVER, this is one of the reasons I am doing my artist/band of the week project. Guess what? Eventually each of these 1000 will have their week of glory where I choose their top 5 (and hopefully some of you will be doing the same with me. So, I will not necessarily write down stuff about their style or whatever, but I will definitely have their top 5. I mean, I guess before the week is over I can write a sentence or two about the band overall.

But yeah, I definitely spent a lot of time creating the list. Hopefully some of you take interest in it and maybe some of you will discover some new music on the list as well. I do not have a lot of obscure ones, but definitely a handful of bands most people may not know.
