This one time me and my best bud split a bag of shrooms. Within 15-20 minutes we knew it was going to be a very wild ride. (the thing with acid and shrooms is that you never quite knew how intense the trip was going to be until the buzz started coming on. There were times I was able to be out in public while dosing and then there were those times when you just barely held on while you were peaking because it was so overwhelmingly intense.) This was going to be one of those times.

Fortunately we had my apt. to ourselves for the entire afternoon. We each grabbed a jug of water and sat in the living room and listened to all 4 sides of Peter Gabriel's "Plays Live" back to back 3 times in a row while not being able to even speak to one another coherently. I'd just gotten the album so it was the first time for both of us.

Over 30 years later we can both vividly remember that afternoon like it just happened last week and I can't listen to that album without flashing back to the buzz.
