I got an email today getting an apology from both him and the accounting department that deal with the refunds and have said they were sorry it's been taking so long for them to send me my refund, and in return they both sent me my refund and a permanent code for 30% off any purchase I make on their website. Meaning, I now will always get 30% off their boots. I'm happy with this outcome.
