I whipped up this chart really quick, to give you what I view as (more or less) important patterns to know (frankly, I don't care for much of the stuff on the pentatonic page). If you want my opinion, you don't need very many scales. Learn what that 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 thing means (those numbers correspond to scale degrees, in relationship to the major scale) and you're good to go. You're better off learning voicings for seventh chords and then getting a handle on building chord progressions.
