I like Wreckless Eric's "Whole Wide World," too. The song is nice and jangly.

"Baby Baby Baby" by the Vibrators and "Another Girl Another Planet" by The Only Ones, which you posted, WhateverDude, are also both very pretty. I had no idea they are considered punk!

Ribbons, I hadn't heard "Reconnez Cherie" before you mentioned it, but I find it is cheerful, mellow, and peppy at the same time. Visiting a record shop with that blasting must have been a relaxing and happy time.
