Finding constructive things to do is probably the hardest part of depression.I struggle with that personally.Because well I really like those gross drugs you talk about.Ive been so blue lately I had to turn to baking sweets and making ppl around me fat.Win win they like cake ,I enjoy watching them get fat.Eurbody win. Seriously tho,looking at the root,(or searching for the root) of your problem might help you,because once you understand what it is that sets off these episidodes then you can be pro active vs.reactive.Depression is a real motha****a. So much so it's become a collectable disabilityin the Us.Which Im not entirely isnt some governmrntal sort of enabling. But if you ever need some one to listen btother Im around.And I hold privacy in the highest regard.Ask JWB he'll tellyou.
