Would strongly recommend playing soccer. Very physically demanding, relatively low risk of injury and all you need is a ball. Good opportunity to make friends also.

Awww thanks hun very sweet of you. I definitely think I'll have a go at soccer because I used to be good at it when I was young. My fitness is balls up right now so might be good. I do have to be careful I don't then flare my chronic pain up.

Well, technically I'm Kiwi but part of the commonwealth. We genuinely call it soccer here. The footy here is rugby. I blame American television.
