I won't fail any of them, but that man cared far more about my education than any other teacher I ever had. God what the ****? He was too young for this. I never intended to go back to that school for any reason, but I'm going to find out if they're doing some kind of memorial for him on Alumni Weekend, and if so, I'm going to be there if I have to hitchhike. Apparently they're taking donations to put a brick in the quad in his memory, and if they're still taking money for it I'm going to give him the last sixteen bucks in my wallet. I need to go back and look at whatever memorial they're setting up and just... I don't know, cry over it or put flowers or something.

I'll go get an actual college degree for something---anything---just so if he's up in heaven or whatever he will be proud. He deserves that much.
