I made an assumption of your phone because of the carrier, which is more of an ISP for phones than regular internet. Could have been just another location though. But either way, it's an ISP and not a proxy, therefore you were physically there. So it still holds that unless Dirty traveled to your state in order to post on MB, you're not him.
