The thing about ESB (hey! The Irish electricity company is called --- or was called --- Electricity Supply Board: ESB!
) is that the first twenty minutes or so of it is so blindingly WHITE that it hurt my eyes till they got off into space, so that sort of remains with me. "Jedi" is a great movie but I really think the first one (no I will not!) wins, after all it introduces all the characters, the Force, the Death Star, and the idea of space opera in a movie. Plus that unbelievable opening sequence with the destroyer! Come on: what do the other movies have that trump that?
Also: I forgot about Doctor Strange! Was that the weirdest comic ever to come out of Marvel or what? I loved that: devil worship in a comic book? By the Eye of Agamoto!
