This seriously sounds like something taken out of a serial killer's journal. The awkward and borderline nonsensical grammar, the pseudo-intellectualism (using a phrase while completely ignoring the moral, like saying "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" while bashing people who like different music than you), the random anger displayed towards something that doesn't even affect you (In this case, rap music. If it wasn't even being played at the dentist's office, why even bring it up?), the sexual fixation on someone you don't even know... This is starting to get really creepy.
