Hi from vancouver. I guess it's always tough to introduce your music tastes..., I'll just list some of my favorite new releases this year and hopefully that gives you an idea - st. vincent, alvvays, sleater kinney, tennis, new pornographers, london grammar, death from above 1979, war paint, ex-hex.

Right now I'm just trying to get into more music communities and connect with people passionate about music.

I'm trying to build a web app around concert discovery right now. I have an early prototype out at shubaloo dot com (it looks like I can't post links yet, so the dot is spelled out). If you love seeing live music, I'd love to exchange ideas and get feedback.
