Simply put If you don't like what they are doing, to you, for you etc. GO TAKE BACK WHAT BELONGS TO YOU. And give it to those you feel could do better. But that gets into social initeria, and easier said then done. But it first requires that the mind set and mentality change.

The problem is that this is just how people are. They've lived under dictatorships for thousands of years, and they
want to be ruled. To expect people to just "take back" power is actually unreasonable to a large extent. It's why so many people don't really pay attention to Congressional or local races. They unconsciously think of the President in terms of him being a king, so they treat him as a ruler, rather than as a representative of the people.
