Tickling is abuse!
If you want to beat depression, get off your ass and exercise. Then, while you're at it, do something constructive with your life. Get a job, go to school, set some goals and find ways to achieve them, volunteer, do something kind for someone without the need for reciprocation, tell someone you love them, open your heart to a good friend, conquer a fear, challenge yourself.
I can understand how depression can be debilitating, and I've certainly been down that road, but you have to find the strength within in order to tame that beast. There's your science project.
