True^. There was a time when I could eat peppers (habaneros) and eggs for breakfast, and I was fine. Now that I don't eat spicy often it's a lot harder to tolerate. The most recent hot sauce I had was from a popular jersey shore establishment, The Chicken or The Egg (featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives). We split their hottest sauce on some wings. Good flavor and heat. I've also had the wings you need to sign a waiver to eat from Cluck-u Chicken which is a chain around here.

I don't purchase hot sauce because I'm the only one who will eat it and one bottle will last me over a year.

I prefer eating my spicy food on the colder because you get the flavor and it's easier to kick the heat since the oil is less liquidy.
