Nobody really, as Tom Baker was an extremely dominant Doctor (the most dominant ever) and with a touch of wit, extremely confident and never suffered fools Even when the stories were bad, there were a fair number in the Tom Baker years, he could easily turn things into the Tom Baker show. A great Doctor and has never been equalled since imo.
