Otomo Yoshihide New Jazz Trio - Lonely Woman (Single)
I'm performing a solo version of Lonely Woman in a couple of weeks so I've been listening to the original Coleman piece as well as a lot of covers. This album has six different versions of Lonely Woman, with quintet, trio, and solo performances. I think my favourites on here are the trio versions because they have the best guitar work. The quintet has Jim O'Rourke on synths so you can't go wrong there. Great stuff.
