Anytime it feels like you've tripped acid and you haven't you have grown. Or maybe not, how the hell would I know.

Btw do After the Gold Rush already, I wanna know what you think of one of Neil's most loved as well as just about best albums (although that's hard to say since he has so many and they all represent very different things).

Also since you've tried Of Montreal and didn't hate it (sounds very interesting I might even have to try it soon) I was wondering if you'd want to try Animal Collective's Merriweather Post Pavilion, which is also psychedelic though not as high concept and more pop. It often gets referenced as a modern day Beach Boys classic, a la Pet Sounds and Smile though it is more experimental and much more modern in its technology and production. I think you turned down Beach Boys earlier but I sure hope you won't turn this down because then I will cry.

tl;dr it is a terrific album (not my personal favorite from AC but the most generally regarded) and is considered among quite a few to be a contemporary classic.
