Parting words of wisdom for when you eventually get into the game:
1) Give each member on your team different guns, otherwise you will run out of ammo.
2) Always have a designated medic/surgeon
3) Don't make said medic/surgeon responsible for opening crates/gates because they are booby trapped and they will die.
4) Put points into toaster repair, you will get some amazing shit.
5) Shotguns are not an ideal weapon as you will more often than not hit a teammate with friendly fire. Sniper rifles are also a hard weapon to master as enemies will inevitably run up to you and throw your aim way off. Also ammo is crazy scarce for sniper rifles so you will run out.

gtx 750 TI would be roughly as powerful as my old gtx 580 from what I'm told, but to be honest .. I don't want that much power. I don't need to play everything on ultra, what I need is aPC that won't make a noise like a starting jet every time the game gets even slightly graphically intensive. I aim for something like a gtx66, supposedly quiet, performs well and is cheap.
And thanks for the tips, hopefully I'll be able to use them ratehr sooner than later
