I'd say you'll be clean in about 45 to 60 days (from the time you stopped), then you'll be on what's called the "Honeymoon" phase where life gets beautiful. Then, complacency slowly sets in, and if you make it through that, you'll more than likely achieve self actualization. Your mileage may vary though.
