What's happening, either
1. "Sorry, but your email + password combination is invalid."
2. I skip entering the password, from this screen: "Forgot your password? Enter your email address to receive a link to reset your password.
You may need to check your spam folder if you don't see the email.", I enter the email address and NOTHING HAPPENS.
I'd like some help please.

Scroll to the bottom of plug.dj page
look for:
Blog Support Terms Privacy Press
click support
You have to log in on the support page, which is entirely different than logging on the main site. It's your (name) e-mail and password. Your PW is only keyed in once, unlike applying for a site when they asked to key it in twice. [sign in] is located on the top right of the support page. Just your e-mail and password to log back in again.
plug.dj
Once you sign in on the support page left click your name in a white box and then click on "My activities" found on the drop-down menu.
Quote:
My activities
Edit my profile
Change password
Sing out
|
And from there you are taken to a page where you'll see "My requests" which has the ID and Subject for any communications you had with plug,dj
...if you haven't contacted them before-hand you can make a request
and to check up on any responses follow the steps above.
To make a request click on the
Submit a request link on the support page
plug.dj
I've seen the request page has become more sophisticated then it was before, it will ask you for
- subject
- description of your problem
- log in method
- plug.dj username
The response will probably take a while. I had to wait a week before they got around to resetting my account.
good luck Paul,
I know it's a headache
