The man was or is clearly mentally ill and until such a time he's no longer a threat to the public (I doubt that he is now) he'll remain in prison. Perhaps another fact is that this assassination happened on American soil to perhaps one of the Uks most famous citizens. Not on our watch so to speak will the United States of America allow this individual to see the light of day again. Yes and what length of time do you think is appropriate to jail a person who was the shinning light for millions. He was beyond famous.
